What is Ablaze?
Ablaze is group of creators mainly active on Japan.
It is a community, and not a company nor a public organization.
Why Widevine installed while Floorp doesn’t support DRM-managed contents?
As wrote on this article, Floorp may have problems on playing contents of Netflix, or Spotify, etc.
Widevine has security levels from L1 to L3, in descending order, and each level determines what content can be played. For example, L1 is required to play HD quality content on Netflix.
However, the lowest level installed in Floorp is Widevine L3. This level may limit the quality of the content or prevent the content from playing itself.
In the document, we explain that we “do not have a license” to avoid confusion.
